- While we’ll do our best to ease any discomfort, we cannot provide medical care. For nail or scalp conditions, we recommend consulting a licensed professional.
- No-shows and last-minute changes (less than 1 hour before your appointment) may result in a small fee.

We understand—plans change, life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule, just give us a quick call or message. A little notice helps us accommodate others and manage our schedule efficiently.

- Things come up! If you're running behind, just give us a call. We’ll do our best to make it work without affecting other appointments.
